Mindfulness and other group sessions
This is a fun, informative, relaxing and beneficial course in which you will learn how to engage in Mindfulness practices and feel the benefits of this which you can take with you in your daily life.
I run a Mindfulness group half day course for up to 6 participants. This includes an introduction to Mindfulness which will explain what mindfulness is and how it can help you in your daily life.
After this we will practice sitting Mindfulness practices and have group discussions regarding what our experiences were.
At the end of the course we will spend some time with the horses and engage in some Mindfulness practices with them.
Refreshments will be provided.
